Class DataFormEditorRangeValidationRule
Validates that the current value is between the specified minimum and maximum value. The Minimum and Maximum properties are optional allowing null values. When any of these properties is set to null, that indicates there is no minimum or maximum constraint.

When a validation error occurs, the actual error message format depends on the values specified for the Minimum and Maximum properties. When both the Minimum and Maximum properties are specified: "The field {0} value must be between {1} and {2}." When only the Minimum property is specified: "The field {0} must have a minimum value of {1}." When only the Maximum property is specified: "The field {0} must have a maximum value of {1}."
