Class DataFormEditorLengthValidationRule
Validates that the string length of the current value is between the specified minimum and maximum length. The MinimumLength and MaximumLength properties are optional allowing null values. When any of these properties is set to null, that indicates there is no minimum or maximum length constraint.

Remarks
When a validation error occurs, the actual error message format depends on the values specified for the MinimumLength and MaximumLength properties. When both the MinimumLength and MaximumLength properties are specified: "The field {0} length must be between {1} and {2}." When only the MinimumLength property is specified: "The field {0} must have a minimum length of {1}." When only the MaximumLength property is specified: "The field {0} must have a maximum length of {1}."
