RadialGaugeArc: This element represents a band spanning across the measure.
RadialGaugeTicks: Elements displayed below the arc.
RadialGaugeLabels: Scale labels representing the measure.
RadialGaugeNeedle: Allows you to show labels next to the scale ticks.
