Class HeatMapDesaturationColorizer
A RadHeatMap desaturation colorizer. This colorizer will define the color for the cells of the RadHeatMap in correspondence to the StartColor property.

Remarks
The color for the cell with minimum value will be White and the color for the cell with maximum value will be StartColor. The colors for the values between the minimum and maximum will be transfused between these two colors. This can be controlled by setting the To and From properties. Additionally more precise control can be gained by setting the RangeMinimum and RangeMaximum properties.

The default value for this property is 1 and the maximal values are shown with the StartColor. For instance if the value of this property is 0.9 the maximal values will be show with a color that is a slight transfusion between the StartColor and White.
