Launching the Shape Editor

To launch the Shape Designer from within your project:

• Element Hierarchy Editor: Launch the Element Hierarchy Editor from a RadControl Smart Tag. Locate the Shape property for the RadControl. Select Create New Custom Shape... from the drop down menu. If you have already edited the shape, the menu item will be Edit Points.

• Visual Style Builder: Locate the Shape property in the Expert Mode pane of Visual Style Builder. Select Create New Custom Shape... from the drop down menu. If you have already edited the shape, the menu item will be Edit Points.

• CustomShapes: A CustomShape component added to your form will appear in the form component tray area. You can launch the Shape Editor by selecting Edit Points from the link in the Properties window, from the CustomShape context menu or from the CustomShape Smart Tag.
