You can present the content of your dock instance in a right-to-left direction by setting the RightToLeft property to Yes:
radDock1.RightToLeft = System.Windows.Forms.RightToLeft.Yes;
Me.radDock1.RightToLeft = System.Windows.Forms.RightToLeft.Yes
