Learn how to submit a ticket for Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX.

Solution

The steps are:

  • Go and login at the Support Center.
  • Click on Contact US
  • Go to Get Technical Support
  • Choose UI for ASP.NET AJAX
  • Select the control you'd like to ask for, e.g. Grid
  • Type your question or keywords in the search box and press the Search icon
  • Review the results and if there aren't any suitable, press the Contact Support button to load the ticket form
  • Follow the instructions, fill out the form and submit the ticket.
