Select Service Type

This article is relevant to entity models that utilize the deprecated Visual Studio integration of Telerik Data Access. The current documentation of the Data Access framework is available here.

The Select Service Type dialog is part of the Service Wizard and appears after selecting the source and output projects (Select Source and Output). In the Select Service Type dialog, you need to select the service type. The Service Wizard allows you to generate the following services:

  • ASP.NET Web API Service
  • ServiceStack Service
  • WCF Plain Service
  • WCF Data Service - OData v3
  • WCF Data Service - OData v1
  • RESTful Collection Service
  • AtomPub Service
