Frequently Asked Questions Articles

A Frequently Asked Question article contains information that is not otherwise relevant to any of the existing documentation as it relates to various topics that are not necessarily related to a specific feature and do not require the explanation of a specific implementation.

FAQs usually concern more generic issues such as what the future plans for a suite are, or inquiries about the logic behind the product release management, and more.

Titles, Headings, and Subheadings

  • Treat the heading that states the query as a sentence.
  • That heading can consist of multiple sentences.
  • Use appropriate punctuation as the title is a sentence. End the sentence with a question mark.

Some rule-of-thumb examples of FAQ articles include the official Kendo UI for Angular documentation.

Punctuation

Use any punctuation required by the title, heading, or subheading, including periods and questions marks. In most cases, such titles, headings, and subheadings are complete sentences and might require additional punctuation for clarity.
