Class ResourceFileModel

Represents a resource file model.
This file duplicates Telerik.WebReportDesigner.Services.Models.ResourceFileModel, because that file contains reference to Telerik.Reporting (ObsoleteDate attribute) and ReportServer.HttpClient must not reference it. {TODO} Replace this file with linked file when ObsoleteDate is removed.
