Configure the Application Identifier for Your App

Filter by IDE
Select the Progress AppBuilder client you are currently using for development.

IDE

To be able to build or publish your app, you need to set an application identifier that matches the App ID for your provisioning profile. By default, AppBuilder sets the application identifier for your app to com.telerik.<app name>.

If the App ID is explicit, the application identifier must be an exact match to the bundle identifier. If the App ID is a wildcard App ID, the application identifier must comply with the format of the bundle identifier. For example, if your wildcard bundle identifier is com.<company name>.*, a valid application identifier is com.<company name>.<app name>.

Not to be confused with the Telerik Platform App ID which is the unique identifier for your app in the Telerik Platform. For more information about the Telerik Platform App ID, see App Settings.
