Telerik built UI for Windows 8 HTML to target Windows Store application development and deliver a unique experience based on the Microsoft UX guidelines for Windows Store apps. The suite offers controls and capabilities that are currently not available in the WinJS library as well as replacements for some of the default HTML controls (select, slider, etc.). Telerik UI for Windows 8 are available in both HTML and XAML flavors, offering the same user experience on both platforms, allowing you to select the development platform.
