RadMenuItem Events
| Event | Description |

| DropDownOpening | Occurs before the menu item dropdown opens. |
| DropDownOpened | Occurs after the menu item dropdown opens. |
| DropDownCreating | Occurs before the popup is creating. It allows the drop down menu to be replaced or customized. Through its arguments you have access to the MenuItem and the DropDownMenu that is about to be shown. |
| DropDownClosing | Occurs before the popup is closed. |
| DropDownClosed | Occurs after the menu item dropdown closes. |
| ToggleStateChanging | Occurs before the item's toggle state changes. |
| ToggleStateChanged | Occurs when the item's toggle state changes. |
