Overview
RadLegendControl is a separate control that facilitates reading and understanding of the displayed information in the RadChart.
In order to use RadLegendControl, you need to add the following namespace:
xmlns:telerikPrimitives="using:Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.Primitives"
