This article will provide instructions on how you can reset and change your user password.
You can request to reset your password both from the Login page and the Profile page. On the Login page, tap Forgot Password. On the Profile page, tap Reset Password.
Follow the steps below to reset and change your password:
- When you tap one of the links an in-app browser opens the Reset Password web page. You have to input the username that matches the invitation email address and tap Reset Password.
- AppManager will send you an email where you have to confirm you want to change your password. Note that this email will expire in 24 hours. Tap Reset My Password to continue.
- You will be again taken to the Reset Password page where you now can specify a new password. You will need to repeat the new password for confirmation.
