Account Information

Your Analytics applications are part of a Telerik Platform Account. This page briefly describes how you can access your account information.

When you access the Analytics client you do so in the context of a specific application. Each application is contained with an account. The account dictates the features and limitations that apply to the application and access to enabled features are limited by the role assign to a specific user with the app.

Access to features

Within the Analytics client, the roles defined in the Telerik Platform translates to access to the following features:

  • Account owners and Administrators can access all functionality in the Analytics client, including changing the application filters and adding lasting annotations to data visualizations
  • Contributors can view all data, configure feature settings, create advanced queries, configure data intervals and alter exception states.
  • Viewers can only access data as read only and cannot change data, settings or post advanced queries
