Calculate Scheduler Height Dynamically on Mobile

The following example demonstrates how to dynamically calculate the height of the Kendo UI Scheduler widget on a mobile device.

Example
<div data-init="initLoginView" data-role="view" id="login"  data-stretch="true">
<header data-role="header">
  <div data-role="navbar">
    <div>TEST</div>
   </div>
</header>
<div data-role="content">
  <div id="scheduler"></div>
<footer data-role="footer">
  <div>footer</div>
</footer>
</div>

<script type="text/javascript">
    var kendoMobileApp = new kendo.mobile.Application($(document.body), {
      skin: "flat"
    });
