Display Delete Confirmation as Button in the Command Column

The following example demonstrates how to render the delete confirmation for a Grid row as a button instead of a dialog in the command column.

Example
    <div id="example">
      <div id="grid"></div>

      <script>
        $(document).ready(function () {

                    dataType: "jsonp"
                  },
