edit

Fired when the user opens a scheduler event in edit mode by or creates a new event.

The event handler function context (available via the this keyword) will be set to the widget instance.

Event Data

e.container jQuery

The jQuery object representing the container element. That element contains the editing UI.

e.event kendo.data.SchedulerEvent

The event which is being edited.

e.preventDefault Function

If invoked prevents the edit action.

e.sender kendo.ui.Scheduler

The widget instance which fired the event.
