When using the RadNumericUpDown control, you can define the interval between the values that can be selected. This means that the
RadNumericUpDown control will increase or decrease its current value with the value of the Change property.
For example, if you set a Change of 10, the values of the RadNumericUpDown control will go as follows -
0,10,20,30 ... etc. Additionally you can set a start value of 5 for example. In this case the values will be - 5,15,25,35
