Duplicate Component Registration After AJAX Request With asp:ScriptManager

Error: Error: Sys.InvalidOperationException: Two components with the same id 'RadProgressBar1' can't be added to the application..

Workaround: Use <telerik:RadScriptManager> instead of <asp:ScriptManager>
