Telerik.Web.UI.RadHiddenFieldPageStatePersister
A class based on System.Web.UI.HiddenFieldPageStatePersister that supports viewstate and controlstate manipulation even if they are compressed.

If return true ViewState data will be compressed even the HTTPCompression is applied.Default is false.
